I love Halloween!!!

There is nothing I love more than researching and deciding what to dress up as, planning and making my costume and doing my hair & make-up! I'm not going to make it out this year as I am too busy with work so I've put together a few of my favourite Halloween make-up looks for you to enjoy!

Chunky Knits

Now that Winter is really setting in and the evenings are getting darker, it is definitely time to break out the chunky knits. They are everywhere this season and there are so many variations, in both price and style. Knits are such an easy piece to wear, as they can be easily dressed up with a statement necklace and some leather look skinnies and still be comfy and cosy!

 

I am still really busy in work putting in Christmas Windows so I am sorry for being such a bad blogger over the last week:(

Little Gem

 

Just a quick outfit post on what I wore out for drinks and dancing with the girls at the weekend. I found this gem of a necklace in Zara for €22.95 and just had to wear it out! I kept the rest of my look quite simple so the necklace was the main statement.

 

I am working on Christmas Windows at the moment, so that means a lot of glitter and maybe not so many posts. So I apologise in advance if I don't get much time to blog over the next two weeks.

Sweater H&M Skirt Finders Keepers at Brown Thomas Necklace, Bracelet & Boots Penneys/Primark 

I wore this on Tuesday evening when I was hosting a table of Fashion Bloggers at the Brown Thomas AW13 Fashion Show. The event was held in The Elm Tree, Glounthane, a beautiful bar and restaurant that never disappoints!

 

I invited Erika of Retro Flame, Nessa of Lifes Lust Haves, Vera of Yucky Duck Fashion, Margaret of 4ng2 and Natasha of Fashion Stylists. After the Fashion Show, we were treated to an amazing meal and champagne. It was so great to chat with other Cork fashion bloggers and share stories. Giving you the Boot

 Leather Jacket Zara Sweater, Necklace & Boots Penneys/Primark Skinnies Bershhka

There is one main reason I love this time of year and it is fashion! I love wearing my winter boots again, taking out all my cosy warm clothes and layering up! It wasn't actually that cold at the weekend so I was still able to flash a bit of ankle and wrist before it gets really chilly... but by then I'll be heading off to the warmer climates of Australia:)
